Marriott International has opened its 11th JW Marriott hotel in China.
The 228-room JW Marriott Hotel Zhejiang Anji is located within the Phoenix International Golf Course in the Anji province east of Shanghai and is an hour's drive from Hangzhou city centre.
Guestrooms range from 45 sqm Deluxe Garden Rooms to a selection of luxurious suites.
Facilities include two restaurants, fine dining at Man Ho and the open W Kitchen; a 573 sqm grand ballroom that can seat 380 people; and five meeting rooms, each of which can accommodate up to 80 guests.
Elsewhere, the is a health club containing a fitness centre and an indoor swimming pool and spa bath.
Henry Lee, Marriott's Greater China CCO, said: "We are proud to introduce the 11th JW Marriott property in China. The decision to bring the JW Marriott brand to Anji was simple – we want our guests to experience the unique charm and rich culture of this remarkable area.

Last summer, Marriott opened its second JW Marriott hotel in Beijing (see news, June 2014).
