Japan Airlines has expanded its codeshare agreement with British Airways and Finnair to include two Dublin services.
The Japanese carrier has added its JAL code to BA flights between London Heathrow and Dublin, and to Finnair flights between Helsinki and Dublin, reports airlineroute.net.
The three Oneworld members began a joint business venture on flights between Japan and Europe in April last year (see news, March 2014).
According to the airlines, the benefits for passengers include the ability to mix and match flights on all three carriers; online booking capability and check-in with any of the three airlines; integrated customer support across the three airlines; and greater connectivity on all three airlines in case of disruption.
