Kenya Airways will roster a B787-8 between Nairobi and Amsterdam from September 7.
The Dreamliner will replace the B777-300ER that currently operates the daily route, reports airlineroute.net.
Outbound service KQ116 departs Nairobi at 0835 and arrives at Amsterdam Schiphol at 1545, with return service KQ117 leaving Schiphol at 2100 and landing in Nairobi at 0610 the next day.
Kenya Airways' B787 comes in a two-class configuration with a 2-2-2 layout in business and 3-3-3 in economy.
The airline launched its first commercial Boeing 787 service to Paris last summer (see news, June 2014).
Its Nairobi to Paris route is a codeshare with fellow Sky Team alliance member Air France.
