Serviced apartment provider Ascott has opened a second Citadines property in Paris.
The 112-apartment Citadines Suites Arc de Triomphe Paris arrives after the opening last year of Citadines Suites Louvre Paris.
Located between the Champs-Élysées and Place du Trocadero, the property is housed within a 19th century Haussmannian building given a postmodernist style by architect Ricardo Bofill.
Imperial Suite
The apartments come in three categories — classic, superior and suites — and range in size from 35 sqm to 108 sqm.
All rooms come with basic kitchens, while those staying in one or two-bedroom apartments also have a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washer dryer.
The highlight is the Eiffel Tower Suite, which is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room and two bathrooms and provides guests with a view of the Parisien landmark.
Other facilities for all residents include several comfortable lounges, a 400 sqm gym, two Turkish baths and a boardroom that can accommodate up to 20 people.
Alfred Ong, Ascott’s managing director for Europe, said: "Citadines Suites Arc de Triomphe Paris offers luxury living in a serviced residence that combines Parisian elegance with modernity in a prime location.
"Customers will be spoilt for choice of spacious classic rooms or apartments with separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, all within the same building."
To commemorate the opening of Citadines Suites Arc de Triomphe Paris, Ascott is offering special rates starting at €191 (US$216) per night for a 35-sqm Classic room including breakfast. The offer is valid until March 31.
