Oman Air has taken delivery of A330-300 and B737-900 aircraft, both of which feature the carrier's new business and economy cabins.
The carrier's A330 contains 24 BE Aerospace-designed seats in business in a 2-2-2 configuration. Each fully-flat seat is 21 inches wide and 77 inches long.
The seat also comes with leg-rest controls, a folding armrest, a reading light, a mood light, a one-piece meal table and a 17-inch IFE screen.

The B737 business cabin contains 12 Recaro-designed seats in a 2-2 configuration with a PC power outlet, USB port, reading light and 10.6-inch in-arm IFE screen.
Both aircraft feature economy seats designed by Zodiac Aerospace - the 235 seats on the A330 have a 32-inch pitch, while the 171 on the B737 have a 30-inch pitch.
A 10.6-inch seatback IFE screen provides access to the same content as in business class, while a USB socket is mounted on the screen.

Paul Gregorowitsch, Oman Air's CEO, said: "Everyone at Oman Air is delighted with these new aircraft, which are the first of 24 that we will take delivery of over the next three years."
Last month, Oman Air introduced a system for loyalty programme members to purchase seat upgrades at Muscat airport (see news, November 6).
