19 Nov 2014 by GrahamSmith

British Airways will next year launch a London Gatwick to Sharm el Sheikh service.

The airline will roster an A320 onto the Egypt route, which will launch on September 14 as a twice-weekly operation, on Mondays and Thursdays.

A third weekly flight, on Saturdays, will be added on October 26, reports airlineroute.net.

Outbound service BA2560 will depart LGW at 0800 and arrive at Sharm el Sheikh International airport at 1520 local time. Return service BA2561 will leave Sharm el Sheikh at 1610 and land in London at 1955.

Last week, BA announced it will launch a four-times weekly service between London Heathrow T5 and Krakow in May (see news, November 12).
