No.1 Traveller has partnered with Norwegian to offer the airline's business class passengers the use of its lounge at Gatwick's South Terminal.
Norwegian launched its first flights between London Gatwick and the US two months ago (see news, July 4). It will double these services next May (see news, September 2).
The airline's business passengers can now take advantage of the facilities at No.1 Traveller's South Terminal lounge. These include complimentary food and drink, unlimited wifi, a bar, bistro table service and newspapers and magazines.
In addition, Norwegian economy passengers will receive a £5 discount when entering the lounge, paying £25 instead of £30.
Kay Joyce, head of commercial relationships at No.1 Traveller, said: "We're honoured to have been chosen to offer our premium pre-flight experience as a benefit to its long-haul passengers.
"It's a sign of how progressive Norwegian is that it’s also made our services available to its economy passengers at a discounted rate. "
