Malaysia Airlines is launching a four-times weekly service between Kuala Lumpur and Krabi, Thailand.
From February 3, the carrier will deploy a B737-800 aircraft on the route, which will operate on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Outward flight MH770 will will depart Kuala Lumpur at 1455 and arrive at Krabi at 1540. Return service MH771 will take-off from Krabi at 1720 and arrive at Kuala Lumpur at 2005.
Ahmad Jauhari Yahya, Malaysia Airlines' group CEO, said: "This will be a gateway for our guests to connect between Kuala Lumpur and Krabi with other destinations on Malaysia Airlines as well as Oneworld routes.
"This four times weekly flights from Kuala Lumpur to Krabi is complimented by another 35 weekly flights to Bangkok and 21 weekly flights to Phuket, bringing it to a total of 60 weekly flights between Malaysia and Thailand."
Tickets on the new route will be available to book from January 30 for travel between February 3 and June 30.
