The newly-renovated Alexandra Barcelona yesterday reopened under the Doubletree by Hilton brand.
The 116-roomed hotel is located in the city's Paseo de Gracia district and is in walking distance of key attractions including Gaudi's Casa Batllo.
It features a gym, a dry Finnish sauna, a massage room and Da Luca - an Italian-themed restaurant, cafe and bar.
There is complimentary wifi throughout the hotel and meeting spaces that can accommodate up to 200 people.
The hotel's four function rooms all have AV technology and a 24-hour business centre offers free printing.
The property will continue to be run by Diagonal Hotels but with the Doubletree by Hilton branding.
