Wyndham Hotel Group will venture into Turkey with the opening of the 306-room Wyndham Petek Istanbul in autumn 2012.
Guests will be able to take free transfers to and from the five-star hotel, which is located around 7kms from Istanbul's Atatürk International Airport.
Hotel amenities will include a spa and fitness centre with four treatment rooms and a 130sqm indoor pool, as well as 13 meeting rooms and one ballroom offering up to 3,000sqm of conference and event space.
Guests staying in the hotel's 306 guest rooms, including 24 suites and 40 extended stay apartments, will have access to 24-hour room service and all-day dining in the on-site restaurant and bar.
Eric Danziger, President and CEO of Wyndham Hotel Group, said Istanbul is a rapidly developing, vibrant city that is home to a growing number of companies as well as a rising number of international travellers.
The hotel will be operated by Kilicbey Turizm and designed by international architects Metex Design Group and Pyramid Architect Group.
It is part of a larger development in the area that will feature 11,000sqm of retail space and over 1,000 indoor parking spaces.
