Emirates upgrading Amsterdam to A380 services
Emirates is to upgrade its Dubai-Amsterdam service to an A380 from August 1.
From this date, EK147 becomes an A380 flight, leaving Dubai at 0825 and arriving in Amsterdam Schiphol at 1330. The return double decker service, EK148, departs Amsterdam at 1530 and lands in Dubai at 2359. The airline has 76 'mini-pod' seats in business class.
Since launching passenger flights to the Netherlands in May 2010, the route has been operated with a combination of B777-300ER and B777-200LR aircraft, arranged in a three-class configuration.
Following what the airline says has been 18 months of strong demand, the Boeings will be replaced with an A380.
Amsterdam will become the 19th A380 point after an A380 deployment to Tokyo in July, and the airline currently operates a fleet of 20 A380s.

I travelled to Amsterdam by Emirates (EK 147) on 1st August 2013. I was so happy selecting Emirates this time to travel Netherlands. Excellent service, very well organized when boding.
Came back by EK 148 on 23rd August. Again I was so happy for all services beginning from the Airport and decided to select Emirates for future travelling.
