Oman Air's First Class passengers are now taken from the airline's First Class airport lounge in Muscat to their aircraft in chauffeur-driven Audi A8s.
Abdulrazaq Al Raisi, Oman Air's Chief Commercial Officer, said the addition of its lounge-to-aircraft limousine service will provide greater comfort and convenience.
It follows Oman Air's introduction of First Class cabins to its fleet of A330-300s in October 2009.
Each cabin offers six seats which convert to lie-flat beds, a lounge area and dedicated flight attendants.
Inflight mobile phone and wi-fi connectivity, available throughout the aircraft, dovetails with the latest audio and video on demand in-flight entertainment system via USN ports, iPod sockets and 23-inch seatback monitor.
Oman Air unveiled new First Class and Business Class lounges at Muscat International Airport earlier this year.
