The card in question is the "Lufthansa Merchants Club" which is the replacement for the "Lufthansa Traders club" and it offers special rebates and incentives such as baggage allowances and access to lounges, it has nothing to do with Miles & Less.

While it maybe on the grounds of the city’s international airport, it's not walking distance to the terminals like the Kempinski. You either need to take the public bus route 635 (goes every 20 minutes) or the S1 / S8 train to "Besucherpark"...
