Best way to Hawaii!

When I did LHR to HNL a few years ago I used Air Canada with a change in YVR. Cleared US customs / immigration in YVR before YVR/HNL leg.
I have also travelled LHR/HNL with NZ & UA changing at LAX.
- Both AC and NZ in Business GREAT!
