I used to fly with them regularly in Evergreen deluxe since they launched but whilst I was always grateful to be upgraded to business class but now that I choose to pay for business then I am afraid that it not nearly as good as the likes of...

In my experience Qatar excellent , have not been to the new lounge at heathrow but Doha a real pleasure. Gulf very good service and the 1-2-1 seats are very comfortable but lounge average at Bahrain (the newly refurbished one) and bangkok...

I have used addis a number of times and it is much better than Nairobi - spacious lounge nothing special but fine but would not recommend shopping- I have only flown economy from Addis to Beriut with Ethiopian but very pleasant flight

Rwanda is a wonderful country, safe, friendly, easy to get around and clean. Nairobi airport is best avoided. If I had the choice and the connections were OK I would chose Qatar without a doubt even though longer.

No I doubt it if Mr Clark puts it all down to the planes. He should take a long hard look t the on board service offered by Qatar and compare that to his own product (although I m sure that he personally gets well looked after on board his own...
