Boarding done by buses was slow.
Glad we paid the extra 5 Euros for exit row seats. Great legroom. Friendly smiling crew and spotless plane. Would definitely fly with them again.

As long as the service on board stays higher than that in the Concorde Room. IMHO the staff there are just lazy and ruin all the hard work put into the design of the lounge.

LON-SYD Transit Options: BKK or SIN?

I prefer Singapore for it's user friendliness. It's not pretty, in fact there's some very questionable design and decoration involved, but it has human needs well covered - plenty of food, seating and free internet.
BKK may be new and clean but...
