Check-in was efficient and quick. The Koreanair Lounge used is modern and clean although I would say that in terms of seating "comfortable" has been replaced with "modern". Very limited range of food and drinks offered. Boarding was efficient....

Cynically speaking, perhaps they are not interested in hearing our complaints. I have tried emailing - standard "from the manual" response. I have also tried the call centre - standard response. Would like to speak to someone at Manager level...

I am starting to experience first hand the effects of the change. Apart from increasing the number of miles required for a reward ticket on a route I fly regularly (Bahrain-Nairobi) by about 50%, there never seems to be so called "Super-Saver"...
