You register airside. At T5 the room is just after S Security opposite Harrods.
At T3 it is after "passport control" and before Travelex.
Can't help with T2 or T4.

As I understand it BA operated flights will use existing nos but IB operated flights will have a BA5*** number. Catering rules stay as is so IB Y fares will have BOB but BA Y fares will have a free drink/sback.
