Recently flew to Riga on airBaltic. Online check in worked great. Got given a voucher for fast track and the lounge.

From what I'm told, changing the seat configuration is really easy in the current design. Main reason, so I understand, that an engineer "has" to do it is good, old, fashioned, demarcation.
Maybe BA will have that on their negotiating agenda...

Maybe things have improved of late. I have been using the IRIS scan at LHR (T4 and T1) without any problems over the last few months.

BA Club Upper Level Dissapointing service

From what I have been told by the crew, there are still two people upstairs. However, it is no longer a purser and a regular crew member. There is just one purser for all of club with two crew members upstairs.
