Spending an hour to tidy up a suite is not outrageous, esp. considering that there are much more storage spaces that should be cleaned.

Vision of the future? Hardly. Air NZ's domestic operation adapted this PAX-executed check-in in 2008! Even the artist's impression that is shown on the quoted report is like what's happening at AKL domestic.

There were no immigration facilities for arrival passengers in the premium terminal. It was the main terminal where you were welcomed by Al Maha and passed through immigration.
