I dislike any airport that charges for a trolley - refundable or non-refundable. When you arrive in a foreign country, having the right change for a trolley is inevitably impossible. Simply ridiculous.

Because - as BA have said elsewhere - the new seats can't take the old IFE system, and the old seats can't take the new IFE system. And they don't want to change the seats/IFE on all the aircraft that currently have AVOD.
