This was my first experience of the NGCW and I was impressed with the seat. An incremental improvement on the previous seat, but the wider seat, larger TV screen and privacy screen were all great.

The seat is great for sleeping, although it is annoying that there is a vent at the back of the seat that one is not allowed to cover, so there is less room than first appears.

Some Hilton hotels do not give points on stays that are paid directly by the company, as is mentioned in the T&Cs apparently.
Also, the Oryx Rotana hotel in Doha made the same comment.

Thanks for the detailed review. The flight and service sound excellent - great wines! I am almost sad that the 'golden handcuffs' of my BA Gold card will see me travel on BA rather than QR when I go to DOH next year!
