Mark, one can't wish for Walsh and his cohorts to just vanish. This would cause a huge, fatal vacuum. Who would replace Walsh? Are we even sure there is anyone remotely competent to replace Walsh and co?

My 'insider' at BA tells me the airline has a de facto policy of recruting people from the middle strata (read 'Middle Class') wheras VS tend to recruit from the lower strate (lower middle class-working class), in line with the latter's...
