We stayed the night before at the Hampton by Hilton, so as to not rush to the airport. We had no problems checking the baggage in at the Thompson desk and went through to the departure lounge very quickly.
We went to the departure lounge to wait, we was delayed by about 40 mins.
once we boarded and found our seats, we settled down for the flight.
I had been with another airline for a holiday to cuba the year before, but found the seats on the dreamliner to be far superior.
We had booked extra legroom seats and this wäs bliss.
The service was excellent from the cabin crew at all times.
The food going and coming back was good.
The windows are good, being able to dim them when needed.
Seating was good but kept losing my pillow down the sid? of the seat.
There was a good selection of films to watch.
The plane was very quiet and all in all, we found the whole experience wonderful.
