This is the most useless airline on earth.
3 Black strikes in 3 days.
1. My wife, mother-in-law and daughter flew on 10 December 2016. The plane was delayed for a day and they missed their connecting flight.
2. I flew on 16 December, our flight was late by more than an hour in Nairobi and I’m now without my bag for the second day in Bangkok.
3. My older daughter left Johannesburg on 17 December also late and she is also now in Bangkok without any clothes.
I cannot actually believe how utterly useless this airline is.

I’m drunk and I’m still not sure whether our Africaans chap and Ekond is the same chap……no disrespect to either intended by the way …. : )

…name and shame and most importantly of all let us know how efficiently the culprits managed toresolve the issue.

I had the dubious pleasure of their A319 service from Al Bateen to Salalah and back. Flight was fine but their ground service and subsequent customer service was appalling. They also have probably the worst flight website I have come across. I was going to post a report but felt it was a diatribe too far.

Used their service from AUH to SLL last New Year (2015-16)on an Emb145 and got stranded there!
A/C went u/s in AUH and their airport staff literally ran away!
