My first experience of the Swiss Business product and average is my view. The seat layout is a curious 2+1 layout that does give privacy for the solo traveler. Cabin service was polite, efficient and discrete with the food pleasant if nothing special. The major downside to the flight was the seat. Narrow, lumpy and uncomfortable, not what I expected and enough to put me off flying them again. The reactions of other passengers clearly indicated this was a common view.
