After a Long Haul flight, usually 9 + hours in J and when i get to bed I always find my body is boiling hot, not sweating or anything just hot. The wife says its like sleeping next to a massive hot water bottle. The strange thing is i do not actually feel hot myself.

I almost always get it and have done for years no matter the direction.

If I go to sleep about 8 hrs after flying it does not happen.

If anything it seems worse on the new generation of planes, 350/787 etc.

Does anyone else get this? fit as fiddle otherwise.

I don’t drink alcohol on the flight and drink plenty of water

Have not had this after a flight but do have the same heat discomfort on board when travelling 777..
