transtraxmanParticipantThese are the 2016 statistics I have found for other important European airports.
Amsterdam not available as yet.
Paris Charles-de-Gaulle 65.933m +0.3%
Paris Orly : 31.237m +5.3%

https://www.dublinairport.com/latest-news/detail/record-2016-for-dublin-airport-with-almost-28m-passengersManchester 25.6m +10.8%
http://www.manchesterairport.co.uk/about-us/media-centre/press-releases/manchester-airport-sees-20percent-growth/Edinburgh 12.366m +11%
http://www.edinburghairport.com/about-us/facts-and-figuresI all the cases where the statistics are given, it is interesting to see the top ten destinations from each aiport whether they be domestic, European, or transcontinental. That way one can get a glimpse of the traffic from the UK to other European airports. Usually, however, the statistics given are for transfer traffic without stating points of origin and destination.

canuckladParticipantFDOS- and since you’re in a Spanish speaking mood, I’ll predict the answer to your BA question is…….El zilcho nicho !!
Unless of course you believe BA’s seemingly total indifference to a plethora of foreign carriers poaching passengers from what should be their natural home grown market has facilitated this growth in numbers.
I’m also sure that the numbers at Schipol, CDG DUB and elsewhere reflect the changing travelling habits of us north of the borderAnd you wonder what BA’s tipping point is, regarding the gradual shift of domestic transfer passengers.

transtraxmanParticipantBT I need help. I have been trying to edit my last pòsts and am getting myself in a mess.
Post 786224 – I wanted to eliminate the last line as it became redundant.
Post 786276 – obviously I do not want to supress this post.
Posts 786278 & 786279 have become superfluous.
Only in one case was I given the option of editing. All the rest offer me only REPLY, REPORT & QUOTE.
What am I doing wrong please?16 Jan 2017
