British Airways flight refund nightmare

    I’ve had cause to cancel a couple of flights with BA recently, some were revenue bookings and some were Avios.

    Until recently, the refund would be automatically calculated on the screen and then returned to your credit card.

    Now all refunds are processed manually and there is a huge backlog. I’ve called the service centre many times to progress refunds and they themselves are unable to contact the refund’s team.

    I love BA, but sometimes they seriously test my loyalty.
