    I noticed something curious today whilst looking to check someone in on a Eurpean flight. They were on a full economy ticket and it offered an upgrade to Business for £79. To actually upgrade the original ticket would only have cost £24 to Business Class so in this case not good value at all! If it had been a cheap economy ticket then £79 is not bad value – but on a full fare that is cheeky.
