BA aircraft type 74I

    i am just using BA mange my booking seat selection and aircraft type for out bound is 74I

    my return is 744 both have to be 747 400 but what does the 74I stand for

    Nothing to worry about for jo public… it’s specific codes internally within BA (actually more for operations & engineering people)

    What flight are you looking at???

    I had the same issue today in MMB. Aircraft type said 20D. Obviously it’s an A320 but I have never seen it written like that before.
