In last weekends FR, Tom Robbins reported “At a press conference on board one of the airline’s planes last week, chief executive Alex Cruz announced it would introduce a new business class seat rather than sticking with the yin yang configuration launched in 2000”..
Not sure I have read such a clear goodbye ying yang statement, even from the BT team, following the days events on board the 787,last week….
