Yesterday, I took a flight out of Orly.

Today a terrorist was shot there.

It does FDOS. Reminds me when flying once from Colombo to Male on Air Lanka back in the 80’s. I overslept and missed the plane only to learn it had been blown up, fortunately while still on the ground. Unfortunately there were several deaths.

Indeed. Airport atrocities are sadly becoming more common again. IST, BRU, GLA and, of course, KUL in recent years.

Frighteningly, we would not know if one of our fellow contributors was involved in such a tragedy 🙁
