Yeah if you did not have experience flying with dozen of air lines i.e. British Air Ways, Japan Air Lines, Thai Air Ways, Asiana and Air Canada(recently) in Business Class and how you justify?
For best food..Singapore rating is last. Air Canada best routing Toronto-Tokyo
Toronto-London, Toronto-Zurich. BA Toronto_London. JAL Vancouver-Tokyo-Bangkok.
If you say flight attendants uniform and best looking No1 Singapore Air Lines and JAL-BA.
For alcohol best is Air Canada, BA and Thai.
Smart looking out fit fleet is Singapore Air Lines, British Air Ways and JAL. More polite crews are JAL and Thai.
More friendly and strait forward are Air Canada and ANA in First Class. Worst and not friendly LUFTHANSA German Air Lines.
Yes Singapore Air Lines used to be best Air Lines but not any more since 2009-until my last flight on March 2011.
