    Hello

    Can anyone advise whether the VS 747 refurb stretched to their LHR fleet? I’m pretty sure that it didn’t but I’m travelling to JFK in a week on a VS 747 in Y and just want a heads up on how bad the product may be as I haven’f flown them before but have heard the stories?

    No, it didn’t- Virgin are looking to get rid of the LHR B747 fleet, to be replaced by the 787s.

    Really? A 787 would be a very poor substitute for a 747 given the difference in size…
