Anyone actually got their Gold card as a result of this promo yet? Registered, faxed weeks ago, nothing so far. Trying to avoid sterotypes of AZ service, but....
No me neither. Wish I'd never mentioned it now. Furthermore the longer it takes to come the less relevant it becomes - you only get the remainder of the year in their top tier AND you have to earn substantial mileage in the remaining months to renew next year.
So increasingly pointless.
I understand there is a Lufthansa status match if you live in any European country excluding UK and Germany. This is much more lucrative as you get a full 2 years of Senator Status.
Ist really about the Status Match with Lufthansa ? I havent heard about it and Im base currently in Sweden . Can someone confirmed it?

Got inform by Miles&More that Status Match only apply on some countries like China and India, and U need to fly min. 2 Longhaul flights
