i now have one night in Hong Kong next Wedensday. I get in at 10pm and i leave at 2.30pm back to London. I am looking for a recommendation and its more to take,
1. a good nights sleep
2. a healthy breakfast
3. ease to airport
4. flying back with Cathay so if there is a way to check a bag in downtown, it would be good

On the issue of 3 & 4. Best way from downtown is to take the train. And with the Airport Express, they have there (as was on my last visit in September), you can check in at any time during the day for the flight at the central station in downtown HK, get your boarding pass and then go wander town. They take your luggage and get it on the plane - you get to wander around stress-free.
