Has anyone else endured the awful service at The St Regis Singapore.
Is there some root problem at this Hotel, it is awful !!

BritJap - what was so bad about the St. Regis in Singapore? Stayed there several times without any issue!
But there is plenty of other wonderful hotel in Singapore....Shangri-La, Fairmont, Rizt Carlton, Fullerton.....

Tough to summerize, anything that could go wron went wrong, and this was a free stay to make up for a previous disaster !!

BritJap - sounds real bad....as said I have not had any bad experience there, although I tend to use more either the Fairmont or the Swissotel (The Stamford) as they have much easier MRT connections....
