Sam is leaving…..!

For all the contributors who have experienced the changes in the T5 lounges over the last two years….bad news. Sam, the manager who has, almost single handedly, recovered the situation in the BA T5 lounges is leaving in 2 weeks. His enthusiasm will be missed. It is so refreshing to see a manager being visible and listening to the premiums.

Sad news for us, but I am sure we wish him well in his new job in the city.

The new manager, Giovanne, is already on-site, with Sam, for the handover. He is already involved. Good luck!

I wish them both much luck in their new ventures.

I agree with Openfly… Sam has created a far better food experience in the lounge over the past few months..
