Typical.
Dates to travel to OZ agreed the day after a sale ends.
What are the chances of another sale over the Christmas period. I am looking at flights out of Heathrow to Sydney plus a couple of domestic flights in Oz. Business class. Fancied the QF1 and 2.
At the moment the prices are simply not competitive with Emirates.

I think I just saw BA are having another sale. Not sure when or where to though as I deleted the email.
I am looking at flights in April.
I was specifically looking for another Qantas sale over Christmas, although I guess I might find a code share via BA. And then do the domestic flights afterwards.
If you can't find the fare you like, then try Qatar or Emirates. You could also look at Cathy Pacific or Malaysian. All involve a change of plane but at least you get to stretch your legs.
