    Check in at Gatwick South terminal was quick and efficient.We were notified of a delay of One Hour,which I thought optimistic as I had already checked the departure from PDL which was at least 1hr.45 mins late. We were never given a reason for the eventual two hour delay or any kind of apology.

    The aircraft was one on the older models in the fleet but was comfortable with plenty of leg room and decent seat width. We were in row 2 A & B which we had booked on line, free of charge, a few months earlier. We had the added bonus of no one sitting in seat C.

    A meal hot meal was served mid flight which was poor. The cabin crew were efficient but not particularly pleasant and the flight information was good.

    We arrived at Ponta Delgarda two hours later than scheduled and as we were the only aircraft arriving the baggage was swiftly delivered and customs/immigration process was speedy and without fuss.
