BunnahabhainParticipantThursday 25th November in central London.
Usual venue of The Coach and Horses, 5 Bruton Street W1J 6PT, unless anyone prefers somewhere else for convenience or if we need somewhere bigger depending on numbers. It’s close to Green Park, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus and Bond Street tube stations, and handy for the BT office. Say 7pm as a starter.

SimonRowberryParticipantHi Jim,
Sorry, buddy, but I can’t make that date as I’m in Dresden. However, I’m sure you’ll all have a good time!
Incidentally, I’m flying BHX-ZRH-DRS with LX. The latter leg is operated by a company called Cirrus Airways, with a Dornier (328?). Has anyone any experience of either the airline or the aircraft? I’m in Business Class, but I’m asking myself why…….
Cheers, Simon

SimonRowberryParticipantThanks, Nigel.
If it’s one class, then as I said above, I ask myself why I bought a Business ticket……
Have a good one. Simon

flier74ParticipantSimon, if Cirrus do for Swiss what they do for LH, they Codeshare and operate quite a few for LH services, then the “benefit” of Business Class will be an enhanced onboard product and also that no one will sit next to you in Business, i.e. what they do on their Canadair jets, only using one out of two seats. Will be interesting to see if they match this but I suppose they would. Keep us posted

SimonRowberryParticipantFlier74,
Thanks for the info. If what you suggest is the case, then it will be worth the extra money.
I’ll report back.

ConcordeFlyerParticipantGood evening.
I am a new member to this forum but a very frequent traveller and regular reader of BT on line……
Are all parties welcome at the next meeting + what time do you tend to adjourn ?8 Nov 2010

BunnahabhainParticipantAbsolutely, the more the merrier. We’re usually there until about 10pm; we won’t move on anywhere else so others can join at any time. The tradition is to have the latest issue of BT on the table! Will try and book a table upstairs again.
