rfergusonParticipantReports of a new airline ‘Odyssey’ raising capital to launch an all-business class service from London City Airport to New York.
Will it be Maxjet, Eos and Silverjet all over again?

SergeantMajorParticipantI’m unsure whether LCY could accommodate such a large fleet of aircraft.

transtraxmanParticipantA good analysis from CAPA (who else?) (10-6-14) about the new all-business London – New York start up airline Odyssey.
“All-business class North Atlantic airlines. Will Odyssey Airlines’ epic tale end in triumph?”It should be noted that CAPA has also done(6-6-14) an analysis on a start up airline flying the same route from Paris.
“All-business class North Atlantic airlines: Dreamjet seeks to avoid L’Avion’s Paris-NYC nightmare”This compares it to the failed airlines which flew from London and PrivatAir which flew for Lufthansa, Swiss and KLM.
OpenSkies from Paris is also mentioned. While on the subject of all business aircraft CAPA(29-5-14) has also looked at the new offering from Qatar on the Doha – Heathrow route.
“Qatar Airways all-business London service. An attempt more likely to succeed than others were”10 Jun 2014
