canuckladParticipantNice fun topic alexpo….
North Korea is definitely compelling for same reason as I missed out on West Berlin and pre97 HK ……Wanderlust and curiosity still itch inside me to the following 5 places. ….
Yellowknife…..An 8 year old,a destination board at YVR & a PWA 737 next to our CP jumbo, hmmmm ????
Pago Pago…..Who’d live in a place called that, ala Lloyd Grossman
Zanzibar…..Freddie and spices,how exotic!!
Devil’s pool….Moy blue eyes turned green at my colleagues holiday snaps
Helsinki….Same as Yellowknife, this time it’s Schipol and an odd looking French plane with blue cross. I wonder……And indulge me with a 6th…..now an adult but for same reasons as 1st and last choices……..”Cockfosters” : )

St Petersburg
Lake Baikaland if I can have a few more – the Stans – central Asia always looks so fascinating both on documentaries and as much as you see of it from the air.
North Korea too but only after I’ve done the rest.

MrMichaelParticipantInteresting that North Korea is on a number of lists. I guess more out of curiosity (as Canucklad intimated) than any realistic prospect of a pleasant flight, pleasant hotel with all amenities and genuine smiling service. everything I have seen about the place has convinced me I really do not want to go, and yet is still on my list. MartynSynclair, is a private jet even possible to North Korea, and if yes do we all need a haircut before we go!
