    Overall this was impressive.
Flights early, crew friendly, seats comfortable.
    Food far from gourmet!
Very poor in Newark lounge. Pasta and meat balls only. No cheese or little fruit available. This was the old Virgin lounge.
On board the headphones should be upgraded to noise reducing.
The film choice is dire. Nothing up to date. No news channel and no real classical music channel. This all needs improving.
My worry is what happens if the one plane on the Newark Luton run breaks down? What backup do they have? Will you be left at Newark for days or have they a deal with another airline for bale out?

Yes there can be issues from time to time, especially when one of the B757s needs maintenance which, by the way, is handled by Monarch at LTN.

Last May, when one B757 was undergoing maintenance, La Compagnie leased an A340 from Hi-Fly.
