Try them. I recall from August that is was around $15-$20 for a hotel limo. Blue Bird are located in the baggage hall so you can arrange the car while waiting

I would recommend you to stick with BlueBird Groups (including Silver and Golden Bird taxi) while in Jakarta, they are the safest and most honest one. Also, do brings a bottle of water or 2 with you and some snacks/crisps since the traffic jams can be overwhelming.
