How to get in touch with Turkish Airlines (THY)?

    Can someone suggest how I might get Turkish Airlines to respond to my complaint personally instead of mails/ tickets?

    I had booked a flight to Istanbul July 2015 but due to circumstances I delayed the flight to May 2016 by paying ammendment costs. The change was confirmed by phone and on the online system of Turkish airlines (by entering and checking the reservation number). The payment was done on the 30th of July (the date that we changed the tickets to May 2016). Everything looked fine until we wanted to check the flight details beginning of February, the online system of Turkish airlines indicated our tickets were cancelled, there has been no information (mail/ letter/ call) about the cancellation send to us.

    On the 1st of February we contacted Turkish Airlines customer services and explained the issue, but got a very vague writing in mail only saying they can’t do anything about it. 5 calls and tickets later we get the same mail back.

    They have traced back and confirmed the call on the 30th of July including the change, I have evidence of the amendment payment but still they mail me the same answer. So the tickets are still cancelled.

    Can anyone suggest what I might do next?
