Finnair Economy (Short haul)

Unless you really are desperate for a cheap airfare please do everyone a favour and do not support this airline who charge a decent amount and do have fantastic airport service depending on who serves you (guy we saw was brilliant) but really have very poor air service and although I don’t judge can speak very little english.
I went on a flight from Helsinki to signapore and had medication that needed urgent refrigeration but they couldn’t do that, which is understandable but the only time the flight attendants talk is to give you food and duty free, and to tell you to put your belt on.
As a friend said if you are in economy it is a ‘sit down and shut up’ airline but if you only want a cheap short haul it is fine (very old planes though) but long haul is just not there yet, and I encourage you to compare the prices with discount airlines because this is what it really is.
