Emirates horrible food ex DBX

I find that Emirates food originating in Dubai on first & business class is horrible (made by Emirate catering dubai), while food bought in from suppliers in Europe is superior (though not exceptional either) On that they win awards?
I was served an indigestible muck on DXB-CMB.
Please get it better guys.

I can tell you many stories as frequent ex-Emirates Business & First flier. With them I have experienced the worst First Class Lounge in my life, I have had the worst Tafelspitz in my life, I have gone through some amateurish service even in First Class (and Business Class), I have seen drastic cut backs of amenities on board etc. Emirates’ service standards and customer service literally drop like dead birds from the sky. They are not anymore beyond the level of an average US or European carrier.

I guess they are throwing around with complimentary First Class tickets to travel media and institutions (like Skytrax) in order to still appear somewhere on their top-10-list. I can smell the corruption very clearly!
