Quite interesting if you regularly fly in the US with them or have an interest in Airline Management:

Seems to be from 2006-ish.
Lots of flashback shots of how flying used to be, a few pertinent lessons on negotiations with unions, and a segment towards the end of the doco on Frequent Flyers; one guy has 31 million AAdvantage Miles surely this poor fellow must be a candidate for back surgery if ever there was one!
I am surprised he is not in hospital having had to endure that much AA flying!
Hi
I saw this on a Jet Blue flight (live TV and all that) in April. I think it is a little later than 2006. The flight deck access for the film crew is interesting. It seems that they have achieved what TSA security cleared pilots, employed by the airline are unable to achieve.

With Arpey out, time for a dramatic revision. Course, even before that, it was getting a bit dated. Re: the 31 million miler, I recently sat by him in F (LHR-ORD). Needless to say, he was quite popular with the crew.
